Who Am I?
Hi! I'm Jeremy! I am the sole-proprietor and owner of Tech Knowledg-E. I have a strong appreciation for farmers markets, vendors, and those who bring food to communities throughout New England. I want to make it my business to connect quality local businesses with customers through the online world. As a 30-something technology enthusiast, I have built knowledge and intuition surrounding web design, digital storefronts, and social media integration that, when applied to your thriving small business, can bring you more customers with less work on your end.

Tech Mentoring
My clients, should they desire, can deepen their tech knowledge with remote one-on-one education sessions. I am happy to serve my clients on an ongoing basis, but providing the tools for you to take ownership of your online presence is something you may find invaluable.
Reasonable Rates
I understand the budgetary constraints faced by many small businesses, which is why I keep my rates below industry standards. While all client-initiated services are billed conservatively to begin with, I only charge you for my time, not yours, so feel free to get back to me at your leisure. The final total is always based on the time spent conveying your requests to me plus my time spent finding a resolution. I have a convenient Change Request Form to submit your requests in no time! I even offer discounts to farmer's market vendors!
Flexibility
My primary focus is on getting your website, social media, online presence, and online storefronts running smoothly to amplify your business's reach. I work hard to meet my clients where they are by offering meetings outside business hours, on weekends, and even on holidays depending on availability and demand.
How Does It Work?
Initial Meeting
To start, we will meet face-to-face so we can get a good sense for one another, and so you can give me details I will use to create your website, social media page, and/or digital storefront as requested. As we move forward I will be reachable Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST via voicemail, phone, or text message; or 24/7 via email and the change request webform found here.
If you require another face-to-face meeting to discuss your technology needs in more detail, please feel free to reach out at least 5 business days in advance of your desired meeting date.
Website Change Requests
After we get your online presence up and running to your exact specifications, all change requests can be sent to me through the Change Request Form, found by clicking here (this form is also found by hovering over "Current Clients" at the top of the page, then clicking "Change Your Website" below it).
I will respond within 1 business day to confirm receipt of the request and obtain additional information as necessary. After confirmation you will receive my proposed resolution via email. The proposal turnaround time is dependent on the Priority of the Change Request, outlined at the top of the Change Request page.
Billing Process &Timeline
All billing will be conducted via a PDF invoice, which will be emailed to you by end-of-business on the Friday following the rendering of services. This process ensures you are happy with the provided solution before any money comes out of your pocket. Payment totals, due dates, and payable-to information will be clearly noted on your PDF invoice. Please find a breakdown of my rates on the Pricing Details page of this site.
Payment
I accept cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal. As stated above, all necessary information will be clearly noted on your PDF invoice. Here is a link to what to expect as far as my rates are concerned.
